Why you need it

I'll teach you the condensed version of years of trial and error, to save you months if not years.

Sound familiar?

Am I doing this right? Is this even the right thing to do?
I thought I'd be stronger by now. Why aren't I?
I don't know which lever to pull to make progress again.
I don't know how to progress except adding more weight.

Become the Expert

I'll teach you biomechanics and physics for training.
I'll teach you to set and manage expectations.
I'll teach you which levers to pull based on the situation.
I'll give you a palette of progressions, for lifelong progress.

Questions

Who is this for?

It's for every level, but aimed at intermediate and advanced lifters.

How much time do I need, and what if I get sick or have a busy week?

That's individual and depends on you. We adapt to your situation.

How does No Results = No Payment work?

We set the benchmarks together, and what counts as a result is individual too. Do your side, and if the benchmarks don't move at the retest, you get your money back.

Can I switch between Mentorship and LFT Performance?

Yes. You can switch after each phase or after any month, and you get a fair discount when you switch.

What happens after I pay?

You go through the onboarding process, where we set you up for success.

Can I pay in instalments?

Send me an email at support@louistrawny.com and we'll discuss it.
